Smart TV is a brand owned by Next Generation Broadcasting AB and has been brought to Ghana by Next Generation Broadcasting Ghana Ltd.

Next Generation Broadcasting Ghana Ltd, a joint venture between Next Generation Broadcasting Africa AB, Amadeus Communication Limited and Next Generation Africa Ltd, was founded in 2008. The Board of Next Generation Broadcasting Ghana Ltd is led by Mr. Kojo Fosu in his position as chairman and the Management team is led by Mr. Joe Frans as Acting CEO

Next Generation Broadcaster Ghana Ltd is a service operator for digital terrestrial TV which aims to provide consumers in Ghana with a convenient and affordable package of pay TV channels targeted at all TV households in the country.
